To Associate a File Plan to a Document

  1. Open the document you want in the Content pane.
  2. Expand the File Plan topic.
  3. Do one of the following:

    Click the Select link in the topic and select the file plan you want.

    or

    Search for file plans, then drag the file plan(s) you want from the search results into the File Plan topic.

Tip: Click the Delete icon next to a file plan in the list to disassociate it from the document.
